Limitations of Liability

HostingPP will only provide reliable hosting for the clients’ websites in no way will be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from HostingPP servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever also, resulting in from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of HostingPP servers.All damages will be limited to the immediate termination of service. By signing up for an account with HostingPP, you’re agreeing to the above Usage Policy and these Terms of Service Please, read them carefully. Upon account activation, you will be automatically bound by these policies. A link to these documents will be forwarded to you.

Account Activation

We activate your account within 48 hours after your sign up. This time varies depending on the circumstances and can be as short as 6 hours. There is a Fraud Check Protocol in place as well as the payment collection. We use CHARGE BACK BUREAU to pre-check for fraudulent charges and chargeback oriented purchasers. Chargebacks to HostingPP will cause your personal information be shared with several credit bureaus worldwide thereafter you might experience difficulties purchasing goods online.

Technical Support Limitations

We will not debug or analyze scripts of any kind unless you make an agreement with us for an additional paid support. If you are going to be using scripts, you should be an experienced programmer.

Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the client, although we do weekly backup, there might be 10% file loss in the transfer or the backup file of your site might be corrupted.

Cancellation

Ifyou decide to cancel your account, just submit a trouble ticket here fourteen (14) days in advance BEFORE your next billing cycle. We may delete your site immediately after cancellation. The reason for this is we would like to prevent any risk of Spammers, DoS Attackers, Port Scanners, IP Hijackers, etc using our services.

Your hosting accounts may be cancelled if you do not keep up payments through our recurring system or cancel recurring subscription yourself without a notice to us!

Domain names that came with hosting are free only if you keep your hosting with us. It gives you the right to use that domain name free of charge. If you decide, leave we can sell it to you for $30. If you do stay with us, we will transfer domain name to you for free at the end of the year.

Refund Policy

We do not have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please, ask all your questions before you make the decision. If you decide to cancel early HostingPP reserves the right to keep 80% of the unpaid balance (if paid for the year or two years) or just cancel the plan if it’s a monthly payment.

HostingPP reserves the right to change, append or revise the contents of this document at any time for any reason and without notice.
